Kim Seace, P.A.

After graduating from Stetson Law School in 1992, I fulfilled my childhood dream of becoming a prosecutor. I immediately began working as an Assistant State Attorney in Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida. I served for sixteen years, rising through the ranks to become a Felony Division Chief, responsible for thousands of cases and training and supervising dozens of attorneys.

I prosecuted over 7,000 cases during my prosecution career including every type of crime from First Degree Murder, Trafficking in Cocaine, Robbery, Armed Burglary, Aggravated Child Abuse, Aggravated Battery, to DUI. I personally handled over 400 Non-Jury Trials and over 100 Jury Trials.

In January of 2004, I created and supervised the first Traffic Homicide Unit in Hillsborough County. For the next five years, I prosecuted every traffic homicide that occurred in Hillsborough County. The hundreds of cases I litigated included DUI Manslaughters, No Valid Driver's Licenses with Death, Vehicular Homicides, Leaving the Scenes with Death, Manslaughters, and First Degree Murders.

In 2008, I formed Kim Seace P.A. and fulfilled a life long dream of being my own boss and opening my own law firm that specializes in Criminal Defense. I look forward to putting all my knowledge and experience to work for you.
